Notes -  third shirt as worn in Frank Lampard's first season as Chelsea boss. The legendary midfielder faced a difficult task to lead the club in a season when The Blues were given a transfer ban and their main man Eden Hazard left Stamford Bridge to join Real Madrid. Chelsea finished the Premier League campaign in 4th place and secured the Champions League spot despite twelve league defeats. The side also reached the FA Cup Final but fell to their London rivals Arsenal.
