Notes - Long sleeved Home shirt as worn by captain Charlie Adam during the side's rollercoaster debut season in the Premier League. The Tangerines were relegated on the final day of the campaign despite beating Liverpool twice and scoring a whopping 55 goals - a record for a relegated team and more than 5th placed Tottenham.
